The Problem
When searching for an orthodontist in Western New York, there was no straightforward way to filter practices by insurance acceptance. Families needed to call individual offices or visit multiple websites to determine if a practice accepted their coverage.
For a region with dozens of qualified orthodontists across Buffalo, Amherst, Williamsville, and surrounding communities, this process took hours and often required keeping notes across phone calls and browser tabs.
The Solution
Using our technical background, we built a directory that allows families to search for orthodontists by insurance type, location, and treatment offerings.
The platform aggregates practice information, credentials, accepted insurance plans, and patient reviews in one place.
Practices listed on WNY Orthodontics are verified as board-certified orthodontists with current AAO membership.
